Job Description

The Manager Financial Support – Energy Services reports to the Vice President of Finance and is responsible for for financial planning and analysis, performance measurement, analysis of budgets and forecasts, development of pricing models, ad-hoc analysis, and business development support through preparation of acquisition pro forma models, coordination of due diligence, and market planning for all Emerging Business lines of business.

Principal Responsibilities

• Develops and improves the depth and quality of the reporting of financial data, business drivers and key performance indicators.

• Provides analytical support for on-going strategic planning and corporate development efforts through market planning.

• Monitors monthly and quarterly performance against financial and business objectives.

• Develops methodologies, databases, and database queries to regularly collect, consolidate and report timely, accurate and complete data.

• Prepares executive summaries to support business decisions and identify strengths and weaknesses within the business.

• Prepares acquisition pro forma models and subsequent financial and operational due diligence.

• Minimum of 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience and/or consulting or public accounting experience. (Required.)

• Bachelor's Degree. (Required.)

• MBA with concentration in Finance.

• Prior work experience with multi-site service businesses.

• Experience with financial systems and applications.

• Advanced MS Office user with advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Advanced knowledge and experience with Essbase or similar reporting platform.

• Experience in managing professional staff.
