POSITION SUMMARY: As part of the Corporate Communications team, the Multimedia Communications Manager works closely with the team and functional leaders to create best-in-class multimedia content to support departmental and Company initiatives and drive engagement across the organization. This role will collaborate with leaders and internal business partners to design, script, produce, and edit multimedia content, including video, photography, graphics and virtual events, as well as create written communications as needed, from concept to completion. The Multimedia Communications Manager quickly interprets, evaluates and communicates complex information in a manner that is appropriate for the audience.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates video, audio, motion graphics and other media for use across multiple platforms – including conceptualizing, storyboarding, scripting, filming, producing and editing.

  • Partners with IT and functional business areas to serve as the communications lead for virtual events, including content development and back-end event production.

  • Collaborates with the Corporate Communications team and business partners to determine best method for producing multimedia and other communications, plan and create content based on project need, audience and message.

  • Contributes to overall Corporate Communications strategy and writes and develops messaging and content across all digital and print channels as needed.

  • Works closely with business partners for feedback and approvals on content.

  • Applies brand standards and internal voice for consistency with other messaging.

  • Maintains all video, photo and studio equipment.

  • Handles multiple projects and work assignments, many with short deadlines and competing priorities.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects (Adobe Creative Cloud) and livestream platforms.

  • Experience developing talking points and videos for executive leaders.

  • Strong writing skills and ability to develop content for digital and print communication channels.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, marketing, public relations, communications, or similar field.

  • Five years of experience in multimedia/media production.
