POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead the Field Talent Acquisition function. This position will design innovative sourcing strategies to help recruit and create a pipeline of diverse top talent to drive business success and partner with functional leaders to develop marketing and branding materials to differentiate the Company from its competition.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and implements internal and external talent acquisition strategies aligned with the Company’s growth initiatives for positions at all levels of the Field organization.

  • Utilizes traditional and nontraditional methods of talent acquisition best suited for the specific recruiting needs of the organization.

  • Provides recruitment expertise, strategic direction, and recommended solutions to senior management and to the corporate and business focused recruitment teams on best practices, policies, and trends.

  • Handles or supports executive and senior level recruitments.

  • Develops and utilizes quantitative and qualitative measures to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and talent acquisition activities based on quality, cost, efficiency, and customer feedback.

  • Partners with executives and leadership to develop and manage recruitment and branding programs that will position the Company as an employer of choice.

  • Streamlines processes and techniques using technology resources where available to maximize the team’s partnering role and to bring greater efficiencies to the process.

  • Ensures the organization complies with laws and regulations related to sourcing, staffing, and hiring.

  • Identifies and develops relationships with organizations, universities, and other partners to assist with attracting and recruiting diverse pools of applicants.

  • Develops strategies and relationships to create a robust military/veteran recruiting program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A high energy, results-oriented, resourceful person who is passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities.

  • Strong partnership and communication skills with the ability to influence candidates, site leadership, sales leadership and hiring managers.

  • Ability to provide accurate and actionable feedback and coaching to recruiters and hiring managers.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing best-in-class sourcing and selection practices to leverage talent as a key driver in company growth and as a competitive advantage.

  • Proactive, innovative and problem-solving skills with the ability to focus on managing change.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic corporate environment.

  • Experience supporting an organization’s diversity and inclusion initiative as it pertains to talent acquisition.

  • Experience working with a geographically dispersed and operationally decentralized work force.

  • Recruiting experience with an organization subject to OFCCP compliance requirements for federal contractors and specifically those related to sourcing and recruitment activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 7 years full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and placement of leadership roles.

  • Minimum of 5 years leadership experience with direct reports.
