POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Analyst - CRC is responsible for analyzing CRC sales performance metrics and overall usage of systems and tools designed to enable the Inside Sales organization to achieve targets for revenue and sales effectiveness. This role is accountable for driving key reporting, metrics and process within the CRM and BI systems to optimize sales analysis and alignment for the organization.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviews Sales Reporting to identify sales and customer trend information to support ongoing execution of sales engagement. This includes weekly/monthly pipeline and activity analysis for all sales tiers.

  • Creates weekly/monthly sales stack ranking reports for the Inside Sales organization.

  • Completes analysis of monthly sales results for presentation to senior management.

  • Prepares and interprets recurring reports including sales forecasting and modeling.

  • Assists by providing data to support the development of sales budgeting and forecasting.

  • Works with Inside Sales leaders, Finance and Compensation team to track Compensation reporting and help define sales goals.

  • Assists with CRM team and Business Analysts to help improve sales processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of the sales cycle.

  • Participates in meetings with CRC, CE Sales leaders as requested.

  • Participates in and coordinates meetings with other Republic Services departments such as Sales Effectiveness, Marketing, IT, Revenue Management, Human Resources, and other departments.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or Computer Science.

  • Experience in Salesforce Administration and Business Intelligence Tools.

  • Experience developing business requirements to support Salesforce CRM

  • Project management experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience with business systems, financial analysis, and/or CRM process analysis.

  • Experience in database management.

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
